Damon
Marshall Fisk, JD is in transition. The commute from
Pacific Heights in San Francisco to Coudert Bros in Palo Alto became a
time sink and it was time for a change.. In third
quarter of 2004. The San Francisco office HRBlaw is his new legal home office
for the litigation of professional liability, commercial and
construction cases. Beginning January
2006, HRBlaw will merge with DuaneMorris,
LLP of Philadelphia. Meanwhile,
there are Tri events to be done and travel to Thailand and New England.
BTW this site is hosted at sonic.net in Santa Rosa. A server
upgrade will include new FrontPage extensions ,mysql 4.0.20, and some
server load balancing.

The Hawaii World Ironman Triathlon
Championship is now history and #1591 finished in less than 11hrs, 30
min. The onsite support team was Tiffany Fisk of Capt. Cook, Mom from
Santa Rosa, Dad from Davis, Gabe Schlumberger, Adam Saslow and Rebecca
Welsh from San Francisco. IntoSpirit Diving and Captain Vito
provided front row seating onboard the Zodiac for the start of the swim
from the pier at Kailua.on the West Kona Coast. The 1700 swimmers
were launched by the traditional canon shot at 0700. The race
highlights will be Dec 6 on NBC. Damon may have been the fastest lawyer
among the 82 finishers in his age group (25-29). It is not the
myironman_dvd, but the scene from Kona, the Pier at Kailua, Alli
Drive and on the Queen K Hiway lavabeds are part of a Quicktime movie. at mac.com
Mon Dieu: : On 15 April, Damon
received the good news that he is one of 150 U.S. triathlon
competitors named by Michelin as lottery recipients of a coveted
starting position in the 2003 Kona
Hawaii Ironman Triathlon competition.scheduled for 18 October. He
will be one of 33 triathletes from California and one of two from
Santa Rosa. His training venue begins in the Pacific Heights of
San Francisco and includes Aquatic Park, the Presidio, Marin County,
Mt. Tam, Wildwood, the Sierra Nevada, the Vineman in Sonoma County and
Lake Berryessa for the Davis Aquatic Masters(DAMfast) hosted 2 mile
open water swim.
BTW, DAM was home base for coach Dave
Scott, " The king of Kona" after his early schooling with the Davis
High Blue Devils and UCDavis exercise physiology. He then started
multi-sport training and won five IronMan titles to become
"The Man" of ironman events..
The 25th
Anniversary Ironman Triathlon World Championship will be held on
October 18 in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Part of the preparation plan
is to use the spirit of the event as a charity fundraiser assist
some worthy Kona Hometown Heros One might venture a guess, that
sister Tiffany in Captain Cook, a Spirit Divers crew member, knows the
local waterfront.

to Emma Little.
who is now at home in Davis, CA. after a quick winter trip New
York City and a tour with the Delaware Littles. Emma is two years
old as of 11 October.

Christmas in Santa Barbara was an
occasion to communicate via a family, topic specific Weblog running on Open Source,
GPL, LAMP technology. Feliz Natividad. The Santa Barbara County
Court House and the Presidio were sites of interest.
BTW, Damon is catching up on his pre
and post 1859 California history, including California County
Court House Architecture.
